Questions, answered
Do I need to log in with Instagram?
No. Pulse only needs the username of a public account. We never ask for, receive or store your Instagram password.
Does it work with private accounts?
No. Pulse analyzes publicly available information only. If your account is private, switch it to public before connecting it.
What's free and what's in Pulse Pro?
Free users see their real public counters — followers, following and posts — plus clearly labeled demo data that previews the rest. Pulse Pro unlocks the real lists, engagement analysis, trends and account lookups.
How do subscriptions work?
Pulse Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through your Apple Account. Plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy. You can cancel at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
Why does my first sync take a while?
Follower lists are collected gradually. Larger accounts take longer the first time; after that, updates are quicker. You can refresh again once the cooldown shown in the app has passed.
Is Pulse affiliated with Instagram?
No. Pulse is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
How do I delete my data?
Email contact@pulseanalyzer.work with the username you connected and we'll remove the associated data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
