Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage them in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Pulse works with public accounts only. In Instagram, open Settings › Account privacy and turn off "Private account", then connect again.
Check the spelling of the username. You can enter it as name, @name or paste the profile link. A recently renamed account may take a little while to be found under its new name.
Follower lists are collected gradually, and accounts with many followers take longer the first time. You can close the app — syncing continues on our servers.
There's a cooldown between manual updates. The app shows how long is left until the next update is available.
Trends need at least two data points. Check back the next day after your account has been updated again.
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still doesn't work, email us.
On your iPhone open Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › Pulse and tap "Cancel Subscription". Deleting the app does not cancel it.
You can switch accounts in Settings. Up to three different accounts can be connected per day.
Email contact@pulseanalyzer.work with the username you connected and ask for deletion. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
